Onboarding and Billing Operations Associate (Part Time)

We are currently seeking an Onboarding and Billing Operations Associate to join our team in part time. In this role you will play a crucial part in our customer journey by participating in supplier onboarding, procurement, sales and invoicing phases. In this position you will be involved in customer communication and need a close collaboration with our Sales and Legal Teams. As such, we are looking for a candidate who not only has administrative skills but also excellent communication abilities. To succeed in this role, you'll need a keen eye for detail and a strong organizational and problem-solving skill. Main responsibilities:

  • Complete the vendor onboarding processes for new clients, keeping the existing vendor accounts, platforms up-to-date
    Collaboration mainly with the Legal and the Sales Team during the procurement phase of the customer journey
  • Keep track of the billing cycles for the recurring revenue and support the service renewal processes
  • Collaborate with the customers (mostly in writing) to ensure timely and accurate billing process
  • Oversee projects and maintain project related internal documents
  • Manage and maintain invoicing platforms and customer billing records
  • Generate invoices and process payments
  • Oversee the Accounts Receivable processes
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller on cash-flow, project related topics
  • Internal reporting (CEO, Sales, Marketing team)
  • Assist with contract signature processes

  • Confident English knowledge
  • Ability to oversee and understand processes
  • Proactive approach and motivation to learn
  • Team player attitude
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures is nice to have
  • University/Bachelor graduate in any discipline or relevant experience
