Senior Billing Operations Specialist (on maternity leave)
Hédi is a Senior Billing Operations Specialist at Pronovix.
She deals with accounts receivable for the company. She is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the client invoicing processes. She interacts with customers, arranges vendor registration, coordinates the last steps of client contracting. To ensure the accuracy of the invoices and the processes she works closely with the Sales and the Legal team. Besides resolving billing issues as they arise she supports the team by providing essential administrative information on our projects. She also assists with operational related tasks.
She studied at the University of Szeged and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and cooking.
