She maintains and oversees the recruiting and hiring processes in the company. Her responsibilities include scheduling and conducting interviews, following each steps of recruitment, and supporting the hiring process. She also takes part in the development of the onboarding and internal mentoring programs. She is involved in the organization of the ITrainee program, and also takes part in the improvement of the feedback and evaluation system.
In her free time Anna enjoys international cuisine and traveling to new places.
