“Democratizing APIs is about making people aware that APIs exist, and that they can use them too, it’s not just for wizards on the hill […] anyone can do it! ” says Kin Lane (Postman). In this week’s episode of API Resilience, he explains why digital literacy and democratizing APIs go hand in hand, and why imagination is key when you’re creating an API program. He also describes ways technical environments such as developer portals can be inclusive towards business stakeholders and their business use cases, and why an established common vocabulary is essential.

The hosts are Kristof Van Tomme and Mark Winberry.
