UNSUBSCRIBING FROM NEWSLETTERS

If you previously gave your consent for us to contact you on social media platforms and do not want us to be in connection please send us an email with your request to legal-notices (at) pronovix.com. In case you withdraw your consent we will delete your data from our systems. This portal is hosted by amazee.io AG with a registered office at Hardturmstrasse 161, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland. Therefore, amazee.io employees and affiliates with the need to know have access to the data stored in the portal database and the relevant technical data like your IP address and browser information.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that the Data Controllers correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request the Data Controllers to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that the Data Controllers erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that the Data Controllers restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the Data Controllers ’ processing of your personal data, under certain conditions, e.g. if the processing is based on the legitimate interest lawful basis.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that the Data Controllers transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
