In the first part of the API Resilience interview Kin Lane (Chief Evangelist, Postman) talked about Digital Literacy & Democratizing APIs. The 2nd part of the conversation moves towards more philosophical territories where Kin, Mark and Kristof explore how an essentially transactional space like APIs and digital transformation can and should still have non-transactional aspects. They also talk about how organizations can be more successful by acknowledging the human aspect besides transactional goals and how developer portals can support this.
