Some time ago we decided to organize a 2nd Indiegogo campaign for coming out of Beta faster and creating public collections on WalkHub, where communities can create and maintain Walkthroughs for end users, administrators and content contributors.

We’d like to thank you for backing our campaign and becoming a community champion of the WalkHub project:

  • OwnSourcing
  • 2DotsTwice bvba
  • Creative Shift Communications Inc
  • David Nind
  • Don Day
  • Barry Madore
  • Benjamin Melançon
  • Márk Tolmács
  • Théodore Biadala
  • Bálint Kléri
  • Pieter Frenssen
  • Mark Winberry
  • Miroslav Michalička
  • Sam Moore
  • Scott Mattoon

With your help we were able to develop WalkHub faster. Please feel free to use and contribute to our public Walkthrough collections: http://walkhub.net/public-collections.

We are really close to getting out of beta, but before that, we’d like to introduce you our side project DripDocs. If you sign up for this new service, we write your user guide, create guided tours with WalkHub and keep your documentation up-to-date.

We launched this project with 2 goals in mind:

  1. We know that everyone agrees that documentation is important, but it’s always the first to go when more urgent issues come up or the budget has to be tightened. So we’d like to offer a full-scale but low-budget solution that includes Walkthroughs embedded into your user guide.
  2. We use the insights we gain through DripDocs projects to improve WalkHub and shape it to the needs of our users.

Although we didn’t reach our target in the second campaign, we got a lot of useful feedback from our backers for improvements.
We’d like to thank our community for coming along on our journey. Stay tuned to our newsletter to get notified as soon as we come out of beta.
