Position Overview

Remote (Office location in Szeged, Hungary) - Full-time


We are looking for an Account Manager to develop and manage the lead and customer relationships across Europe and North America. The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for the recruitment, development, and management of business relationships with current and potential leads and customers. The successful (AM) will work in tandem with the sales & account management team, the marketing & events team, and the CEO of the company to successfully develop and service all prospects, and promote Pronovix’s services and drive revenue to Pronovix through leads, clients, and partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Document and help execute business plans, identifying opportunities, strategic goals, and tactical execution.
  • Manage and be the main point of contact for existing and new clients.
  • Seek regular feedback from clients to ensure activities align with the business requirements.
  • Manage project plans, requirements, and orders, track progress, and provide regular updates.
  • Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings and conferences.
  • Conduct contract negotiations & define and execute sales plans.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills in English.
  • Passion for customer success.
  • Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.
  • BA degree in business, marketing, or other relevant area.
  • Prior related work experience in the IT sector (nice to have).
