Customer Success Representative

At Pronovix we create developer portals for companies from all over the world to help them succeed in their digital transformation journey. We are working hard to create the best devportals in the world and to be the best possible workplace for our colleagues. As a Customer Success Representative, you will drive the customer onboarding processes, from the initial discussions with a new lead until the actual project phases. You will communicate with our clients in email, organize meetings and collect required materials. You will be the person who takes charge of gathering and systemizing customer information and you will help us with your proactive actions to help projects proceed when a process is stuck.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with new leads and active customers
  • Make sure we deliver on time as our customers expect: organize calls, workshops, retrospective calls or whatever is necessary for success
  • Help with tracking key metrics
  • Care for leads and active clients
  • Help with writing/preparing proposals
  • Help with improving our processes and performance
  • Collaborate with other teams


Requirements:

  • University/Bachelor graduate in a relevant field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing customers or accounts
  • Experience in IT or IT-related fields is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with customers
  • Highly proactive approach with strong attention to details
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks according to business needs
