What data processors are involved?
This portal is hosted by amazee.io AG with a registered office at Hardturmstrasse 161, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland. Therefore, amazee.io employees and affiliates with the need to know have access to the data stored in the portal database and the relevant technical data like your IP address and browser information.

Pronovix uses the Insightly CRM and Marketing systems (Insightly, Inc., 58 West Portal Ave PMB 716, San Francisco, CA 94127) to process contact information, send newsletters and gather analytics about the usage of our website.
SalesAR uses LinkedIN's Sales Navigator (LinkedIn Corporation, 1000 W. Maude Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94085) to identify and connect with potential business contacts. This service processes professional contact information and interaction data.
Apollo.io (Apollo.io, Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #3017, Covina, CA 91723) is used to manage sales outreach, enrich contact information, and analyze engagement data. Furthermore, Reply.io (Reply Inc., 3500 S. Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901) helps to automate email communication, manage follow-ups, and track engagement metrics. Sensitive data is not transferred in accordance with Article 9 of the GDPR. SalesAR's security measures include, but are not limited to: data transfers are made in accordance with these Standard Contractual Clauses; access to data is restricted to authorized persons only; additional technical and organizational measures to protect data (e.g., encryption), etc.
We inform you that your data might be forwarded to third countries (e.g. the United States of America) according to the privacy policies of the services providers in use.
Pronovix uses third party services to manage communication and other purposes. For example, if you email us your email and the included personal data will be processed by Google Cloud EMEA Limited.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the Data Controllers ’ processing of your personal data, under certain conditions, e.g. if the processing is based on the legitimate interest lawful basis.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that the Data Controllers transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
