OR started out in 2001 as a Belgian micro roastery. By 2016 Tom and Katrien extended their business into a training centre and a chain of coffee bars. They pride themselves on their high quality products, thier contribution to the fair trade of coffee and their finer and finer tuned control over the trade chain from the farm to the cups.
The program uses both printed and virtual loyalty cards and manages the customers' accounts.
The printed cards are given to customers at the counter. These correspond to a virtual equivalent via their unique QR codes and are managed by the iOS application connected to a tailored Drupal content management system. The customer accounts are managed in Drupal: we can turn the CMS's strengths to the vendor's benefit by assigning various roles and categories to customers, tracking purchase records then sending customized messages or sales options.
