Andrea is a Support Coordinator at Pronovix. Her experiences as a cultural researcher contribute greatly to her role in support, making her a persistent and empathic investigator of customer issues. She is dedicated to a compassionate way of working, her motto being Samuel Beckett's mantra, "Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better." In her spare time she is learning new things, especially through reading, writing, dog training and long distance running.
