The AI Visibility Strategy Sprint is a focused advisory engagement delivered over one week. It is designed for API program leaders who need a clear picture of how discoverable their APIs, developer portal, and documentation experience are in an AI-first software ecosystem, and a practical plan for what to improve next.
Built on our Solution Discovery work with enterprise customers, the sprint combines an AI visibility assessment, intent-query analysis, and a structured review of your developer portal, broader documentation, and API discovery experience.
The goal is to identify the improvements that will have the greatest business impact. Together, we separate quick wins from longer-term initiatives, prioritize recommendations by effort and value, and produce an executive-ready roadmap that helps build alignment across product, documentation, platform, and leadership teams.
