From 2-5 November I attended Pharma-Bio-Med, a conference & exposition for pharma, bio & medical information professionals that took place in Dubrovnik this year. It was a great experience and in the last weeks I was working on some of the concepts I took away from the conference, I made some quick demo movies and posted them on our new company website.

Many of your organization's members/employees will have profiles on several different application sites (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Often the networks of these applications could be an important resource for your organization.

Most people when they encounter a problem during development or use of Drupal do a Google search on the topic and end up, after some sifting and speed-reading, with a couple of text snippets that together form an answer. The purpose of this project is to make it easy to build a record of these snippet trails and to share them with the community.

In this videocast I explore how a lean product literature database could be implemented in Drupal. The presentation should be relevant for you if you are interested in implementing a knowledge management system for your organization.

Big organizations often have complex organigrams. In this demo movie I show how Drupal's taxonomy system could be used to organize content in a hierarchical structure that follows the organigram of a research institute.
