Pronovix Joins Mplify to Advance AI Visibility and API Discoverability

Pronovix has joined Mplify, the global alliance for advancing Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) for AI and the development of AI-ready digital infrastructure.

Through this collaboration, Pronovix will contribute its experience in AI visibility and API discoverability to support Mplify’s strategic initiatives. The work will focus on two areas: improve how Mplify and its members from the broader telecom sector are represented across frontier AI models, and explore the need for an Mplify Command Line Interface (CLI) in addition to the ongoing MCP (Model Context Protocol) based standardisation work for an Agentic Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO).

Make Mplify’s APIs and standards more visible to AI systems

As the mainstream adoption of AI-search triggers the transition to The Agentic Web, all organizations – Including those from the broader telecom sector – need to urgently ensure that their information is discoverable, accessible, and accurately represented in AI-generated answers.

Pronovix has a long history in API discoverability, findability, and developer experience and has in the past year been researching how AI assistants present API offerings across markets, industries, and competitors. We look forward to bringing that experience to the broader membership, and especially to those Mplify members that have implemented its API standards.

All of Mplify’s standards can benefit from broader Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) practices. It has become essential to ensure two complementary dimensions of AI visibility: how frequently a standard, or a member implementing it, is mentioned, and how accurately their capabilities are described and positioned when referenced.

For APIs we also developed a unique methodology that explores whether AI systems can connect technical assets, such as APIs, to the business solutions they enable, and vice versa.

Our research findings and methodologies will inform our contribution to Mplify’s Marketing Committee and the AI Model Visibility initiative more specifically. With a focus on improving the discoverability and accessibility of authoritative content from both Mplify and its member community.

The goal is to help AI systems find, understand, and accurately represent Mplify’s work and its members’ expertise, making their offerings more visible and relevant when users explore potential solutions. We also want to help create an Mplify advantage in AI search that benefits Mplify members over organizations that have implemented its standards but that are not members.

Supporting API accessibility and agentic workflows

Pronovix will also contribute to the exploration and if deemed relevant, the development of an Mplify Command Line Interface, to complement the alliance’s ongoing work on an MCP based Agentic LSO.

A CLI would provide an Mplify Alliance controlled, open source API binding, that has different advantages and disadvantages than the  agentic MCP-based LSO implementation (e.g. in terms of security for subscribers). Pronovix will help to explore if there is value in having a CLI based agentic framework as a means to leverage and increase the value of certification.

Building on industry collaboration

“We’re excited to join Mplify and work alongside global industry leaders, to help shape the future of AI-ready digital infrastructure,” said Kristof Van Tomme, CEO of Pronovix. “We look forward to contributing our experience in AI visibility and API discoverability to help make Mplify’s work and its members’ expertise more accessible to AI systems, while supporting initiatives that advance the industry’s work on agentic service delivery.”
