Information Architect & UX Researcher, Head of Service teams
Kathleen is an information architect helping clients find out how to align business goals and user needs, what problem areas & opportunities could be addressed and why, to define the next phase of the developer portal. As a UX Researcher, she is strengthening her colleagues to map out user needs & requirements to back up design and strategy related decisions.
She is the head of the Service teams (UX, UI, Technical writing teams) and as such, helps to streamline initiatives and decisions, in close cooperation with the specialist colleagues.
